Whitham Cottages is a premier boutique student-housing community at an amazing location located less than one mile from the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville. Whitham Cottages consists of ten newly constructed four-bedroom/four-bath floor cottages that are extremely spacious and very well designed.

Each cottage includes a first level that features a LARGE living room, a beautiful kitchen w/ granite counters and stainless appliances, a walk-in laundry room, a dining area and a half bathroom. The second level has all four bedrooms, each tenant gets a bedroom with a private bathroom and a large walk-in closet.
